Is there a way to fix an incomplete boot up?

I turn it on and the samsung galaxy note 2014 screen comes up and nothing else, just black screen. Is there a way to fix this?

If you still get the Samsung logo come up, then yes it can be fixed. The only problem is that the software you need to fix it is only available at Authorized Samsung Repair Centres
