The silver margin can be replaced in easy mode?

I want to change my silver margin because is crappy and now it looks bad. Is easy to change? I need to change only the margin or is in same piece with display or other part? Thx!

I suppose it's not easy. Though they are not in the same piece , they are glued together. Only heat and melt the glue can you separate them, and achieve replacing.
