Not Charging, but is recognized by the computer.

I bought a battery and back cover from iFixit and the problem still happens, It dosen't charge at all, But it does get reconized by my computer, I can see the pictures and such. I've tried different cables but same issue. can anyone help?

Thanks, I was searching on here and see they sell it. the dock connector, wish i bought that first instead of the battery..
