iMac No Fans, Drive Spins, Only Number 1 LED On

I replaced the logic board on an iMac and it worked fine. The next day I could not power it on. I could only hear the hard drive spin up. After resetting the SMC, I removed the LCD and noticed only the #1 LED on. I am wondering if the issue could be the power supply or do I have to replace the logic board again?

LED 1 should be on with the unit plugged in to power and will remain on for several minutes after unplugging it.

When you try to power it on if LED 2 comes on and stays on, then your power supply is good, if it only comes on momentarily or stays off, then replace the power supply.

If LED 2 is staying on, but you aren't hearing the boot chime, then the logic board is failing the POST test. The first step to address that is to replace the SDRAM. Did you use the same RAM sticks or did you change them? Are they seated properly? Generally a problem with the memory sticks should be indicated by the system, but I'm trying to be thorough.
