I have two different panels one is a 661-5868 and the other is a 661-6594. Is there a way to tell tell the difference between the two without installing them in my Model A1278

Is there any reason why the 661-6594 won't work in a MacBook Pro Early 2011? If I put one of these instead of a 661-5868 will it make any difference?

It seems that the 2011 mbp 13 has on pin 5 BKL_VSYNC while 2012 mbp 13 has the pin 5 NotConnected (quite strange). All the other pins are the same. Later edit: Just installed a 2011 display assembly PN:661-5868 on a 2012 mbp 13 and everything works OK.
hi anro, do you know if I can put a 661-6594 on the MBP 13 late 2011? just cause is cheaper :-)
