Headphone jack / digital output disabling internal speakers

I have 2 macbook pro's, one late 2008 and a early 2011. Right now both are showing the same problem.

Internal speakers being disabled by the digital audio detection on the headphone jack being turned on by a faulty device.

My question is, after a lot of research, in which problem say to put foreign objects into the headphone jack to try to reset the sensor, is there a way to replace (yes I know its solder in)? Where can I buy the headphone jack only without buying the whole logic board? (which is where its solder in).

I am not an expert but I am savvy as in electronics. But I can't find anywhere on the net where to buy a replacement if any. And yes it crossed my mind to simply buy a usb audio port for it.

Soldering logic board components is generally not a DIY project. MLB are easy to destroy. If you are a small electronics/computer repair technician with the special tools, solder and experience to accomplish this task you most likely would not be here seeking advice.

A work around would be to use a USB audio adapter which would contain a headphone jack (USB AUDIO works separate from analog and optical), or, a USB voice quality headset with builit in microphone.
