MagSafe 2 port is broken. Can I fix it? costs?

Hello, my magsafe 2 port in the mac air is broken and i want to fix it but i dont know if i can change only the port or have to be with the motherbord to?

The Mag-Safe port is part of the I/O Board. If you have physical damage to the connector you can follow this guide to replace it MacBook Air 13" Mid 2013 I/O Board Replacement.

If on the other hand you are having problems charging your system or running it please give us some background on whats wrong here. You may have a different issue that needs a different fix.
