Screen doesn't display while booting

Hi everyone !

My laptop has been water damaged.

The weird thing is, nothing displays when on Mac OS, but everything is ok when I boot on a Linux live CD. I installed Linux, and the computer is all right after booting (keyboard and screen). Though, there's no screen during booting.

Any idea ?
