Won't charge off wall, will computer

Hello, I'm having an odd problem. Thanks for any help in advance.

Okay so the ipod seems to function 100% normally aside for the fact that it doesn't charge off the wall. It DOES however charge off my computer, so I don't think it could be the charging port? Also I have tested another ipod on the wall charger so that's not the problem either.

I have tried hard resets and restoring with no success.

Any ideas? Firmware issue? I have no clue.
