Technical spec 4 "Memory Heat Sink" - sensor/fan speeds up by mouse?

If anyone know the resitance area of "Memory Heat Sink Sensor" in a Power Mac G5 / Dual 2,5GHz i would be glad. or have a technical spec - of the same sensor.

The background is that fan speed turning up and down, and MHS show temp in 67-80 ° C.

I have also noticed that fan speed gets up when a graphic moment by the Bluetoth mouse going on, Is there any experience in that problem here - about if/how mouse affect the fan speed? - and solution of the problem?

Have you tried running a memory hardware test, like Memtest OS X from http://www.memtestosx.org

Try running it for a while to see if there's a hardware failure.

As for the bluetooth mouse, use activity monitor to see which process is hogging the CPU when your mouse is being turned on.

You may want to remove the mouse from bluetooth preference pane, and add the mouse again to see if that helps.

The reason to the "fan speed up" problem is that apple implemented a "bug" in software update 10.4.4. It has been reported to Apple as a bug in October 2006 - without any reaction sense that time.

AND THE BUG IS FOLLOWING IN UPGRADE TO 10.5 also.

I think it is reason to believe thats its a "purpose-bug" - Made by Apple as an result of leaking G5 cooling system - problems.

I think the purpose is to "cool down" the liquide system, so that it not could expand to mutch.

The reason behind it is the leaking G5 computer where the leak-point always is in "plastic" pump part - wich indicate that it is a hi pressure problem behind the leak-problem.

Probably reason is that is to little air in the liquide cooling system, who makes pressure by heat to high when the liquid expand, without enough elastic "air" who is possible to equalize the pressure- by that reason the leaking G5 computer.

Apple is making this in secret - as i think in purpose to minimize the bad will around "leake-problem"...
