Laptop does not charge battery not even work with just the power
My laptop doesn´t charge the battery, if the battery is removed it doesn´t work either only with the charger
Is dit een goede vraag?

It seems like your battery has expired. If you were facing the less battery timing issues in past as well the means the battery is surely gone. On the other hand you can give a try by updating the battery driver using utility drivers update. Otherwise replacing the battery would be the last option.
Update
How are you charging the battery otherwise? Because if it is charged and still hold for an hour that means either your charger pin is loose or where it get plugged that switch is loose in both ways you have to take your laptop to local repair shop to avoid any damage or extra cost.

Thanks David for your help, but it isn´t a battery trouble because if the battery is charged still holds for an hour or so, as I said the laptop doesn´t work without the battery, it doesn´t get power from the charger, brand new one
