My iphone 4 has been wet and no longer charges or connects to computer I bought and replaced the dock connector but still doesn't do anything :P and it turns on. When it's off and plugged in but will not charge it has been cleaned and there is no erosion or corossion please help, thank you

You probably have water damage, not in the dock connector but on the logic board itself, if the iPhone was on while water reached the logic board it could have shorted the connection to the dock connector. You will probably have to replace the logic board.
