When I powered on the device it showed the usual white welcome screen but it stayed more than usual and then the phone is off !! and every time I try to turn it on the same is happening

It is the Power's 4 IC's ... I had to replace them and perform a device software update !!!!

My phone does exactly the same mentioned as above comment. How do I go about fixing it, or should I just give up as the phone is a good few years old now
