ipad beeps when initially plugged in nothing on screen. I replaced the digitizer and then plugged LCD screen in tried to power up and nothing.

Usually, a beep signals in coputing a Hardware problem. If "initially plugged" means that your iPad is new, the best thing you could be would be bringing it back to the Genius Bar of an Apple Store so they can try and figure out what happened, or replace your device.
