Air bubbles under the glass

iPad 3 Wi-Fi

Third generation of iPad with Wi-Fi, released on March 16, 2012. Model Number A1416. Repair requires heating and careful prying.

After I replaced the display panel, now I have air bubbles under the glass.

Is there a way to remove them?

Air bubble? It is faulty lamination of the front glass and the touch sensor. You have to get a new front panel

Sounds like you forgot to remove the clear film from the inside of the glass before installing it.
