Cant make calls or recieve calls/texts

Hello! :) I got a problem with my iPhone. It cant make or recive calls/texts. I have jailbroken it twice, once at 61.2 untethered. and then at 6.1.3 tethered. I have replaced the antenna myself inside the iphone because I thought it was broken. I got signal sometimes, but once I loose all of my bars, it never goes back up. Just says no service. But even if I have signal bars, I cant make calls or anything. Imessage works fine though. I am currently using a clean 6.1.3. I restored it with itunes for two hours ago. But I cant figure out whats wrong. I really dont wanna give up on my iphone.
