TLe, looks like Broadcom BCM47521 for the HSPA version and Qualcomm Atheros WCN3680 for the LTE version.

Both STM and INVENSENSE are MEMS suppliers like S3. From teardown, STM seems on S3/4 AT&T version, INVENSENSE seems on Tmobile. Typically, major market buyer like Samsung/APPLE would like to feed two dogs for performance/price competences and supply chain stability.
