After the system update I can't play Lego City on my 3ds. A message appears: an error has occured causing the software to close. It worked fine before the update. I exchanged lego city for a new copy but it still won't work. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't know how to do that. I went ahead and sent it off for Nintendo to work on. We will see what they say.
