I repaired my iPod's broken digitizer and now after powering it up there is no video. The device is recognized by iTunes. the same thing happened to a different iPod touch I tried to repair (also 4th gen)

did you tried to disconnect the display connectors and connect it back again and once you do that do a soft reset , if its a connector seating issue it should come up
if it dosent we have to start debugging the issue . .

yes, the LCD does not work at all.
