Does anyone have pictures of the correct way to...

I am having a hard time with re-assembling my iPad 2. This is my first attempt at repairing anything electronic let alone an iPad. It has been quite a project to say the least. My Brother gave me the iPad after his gf threw it and shattered both the LCD & Digitizer...a friend of his attempted to repair it & trashed the wifi, bluetooth, power & 3G components so I ordered all the parts & started chipping away at the broken glass with heat & the proper tools....I ended up with tiny pieces of glass embedded in my hand face & it was def. not fun. So anyone that is new to this be careful with the broken glass. So. back to my question I am having a hard time finding the proper way to route the power cable in refrence to the tiny lever on the power button & I am lost as to how to properly install the new home key & home key assembly.....also any suggestions for what to do about losing the shiny metal housing that goes over the camer near the power button...I got it mostly back together the other day & the apple showed on the screen but was using an iPhone charger & am ordering the actual iPad charger as soon as it's all back together.....truly appreciate any & all help to finish this off. Its really hard to explain via text so I understand your frustration here. My best piece of advice is to start from the lower end of the volume/power cable. If you start at the bottom and work your way up to the power button, the crazy acrobatic twists that the cable has to make around the rear-camera area kinda work themselves out.

That might not help but, aside from watching someone do it in front of you or back-tracking while pulling the old cable out (i'm assuming thats not an option), this is the best advice I can give. Maybe search youtube for a video of someone doing it.

Around the 4:50 mark you can kinda see how the cable twists.
