My camera is just showing a white screen,how do I fix it
I dropped my camera and now it is showing a white screen

Max Borman, could be a stuck (broken) lens, broken CCD or broken LCD cable. (white light means backlight is working. Right now of course this is strictly academics, until you checked your camera. Use this guide to disassemble your camera and check for obvious damage. If not then I would suggest you start with the CCD sensor.

My camera is old but still should work and it showing a white screen and there brand new batteries in it

I bought 2 of them and they lasted no more than 2 weeks, I won’t buy another product by this company because I’m seeing this is a common problem.
