I've replaced my volume buttons, when I was done and I started my device I saw the following ... :

Maybe some one of you can say me if the Logic Board or the Dispay is broken?

looks like you lcd is damaged. make sure the connector is seated properly. if so, you will have to replace the display assembly. here is how
