MPB 2011 13 Fans on High. Loading Slow running slow

MACBOOK PRO 2011 13 I5 500GB

The err code is 4SNS/1/c0000008: TsOP--124 which reads left palm rest temp sensor. the macbook is not hot at all to the touch. this problem starts up as soon as u turn it on. does any one know where the left palm rest temp sensor is or what could be causing this ERR????? i have used ( Istat, smfancontroler, reset the pram, ECT?????? any help would be gladly welcomed.......
