iPhone 4 loudspeaker not working after screen replacement

i recently changed my iphone 4 lcd screen and everything is working fine except for the loudspeaker and also when i try to watch youtube clips or play music there is no noise at all, i dont know what ive done wrong ive connected all the connecters and such i cannot figure out the problem. i can make calls and hear people talk and they can hear me but, so the microphone is fine. but when i get a call there is no ringtone or anything. any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks

I would start with cleaning the charge-data port with alcohol and a toothbrush, this may sound a little weird to you because you are pointing your finger at what went wrong while changing your screen but you should rule this out first,if that doesn't fix it I would then remove the loud speaker and check all contacts to make sure they are clean and making good contact, if that doesn't fix it then I would replace the speaker, good luck,iPhone 4 Speaker Enclosure Replacement , If this answer was helpful please remember to mark it accepted.''

im having the same problem, i have already tried replaced the charging port, speaker enclosure, second microphone, and the headphone jack. and the speaker is still is not working. someone please help me out here i can not figure this out for my life. all connections on the board look to be just fine.

Update

figured it out turns out the charging port i replaced was bad. i replaced it again and it works just fine now.

There are several possible issues. I have had this issue a couple times, and it seems to be that the speaker is either bad, the charge port is bad, or the 2 pins that come off the speaker assembly are not making good contact with the charge port assembly. The latter I have seen a few times, where the speaker assembly has bent pins so there is no contact between charge port assembly and speaker assembly.

i have a problem on the loud speaker mode what i mean is when i call someone or when someone call me i can hear the voice of the other end clearly but when it comes to loud speaker i can hear what the other person say but the other person don't hear what i am saying . please help
