Why isn't my wifi operating after replacement?

After replacing my digitizer, I cut the wifi cable while removing it. I ordered a new flex cable from a cheap source and that did not work, so I ordered the OEM par. After installing the OEM part, I still get no signal. I reboot the machine, I reset network settigs. I even reset my router and no luck. I checked all connectioins and they are all solid, closed and screwed in. I also see no bluetooth . Just keep saying choose network and none show. HELP!! this should have been a no brainer I dont see what the problem could be.
