test power supply and dctodc board

Is there any way to test the power supply and the dc to dc board? I really don´t know wich one es bad, or even if the logic board could be damage. This mac is completly dead :(

Gekozen oplossing

Unscrew the three screws on the bottom of the frame and remove the back. Look at the 25 capacitors on the motherboard. Examine the cans for corrosion and/or bulging. Look at the 4 LED lights at the middle of the motherboard and see if any are on. Just to the left and down just a bit you will see a reset button or two hit them. You may see a reset button on the power supply, hit it. Examine where the cords enter the power supply from the motherboard and look for a burned or darkened area. Let me know what you find so we can proceed. Thanks for coming to iFixit.

Thanks, I have to take the logic board out to see the capacitors, and is to late here now, im in spain :) both, the dcbord and the power supply are yellowish, as result of overheating I supose, the aluminium paper below is with brown big spots, but the chips and the capacitors are not blow not fried, so... I dont know if the yellow cast is just heating or real damage. That is why I want to test them before buying the part. Thanks again (and sorry if my english is not as good as I want to) XDD
