11 The vertical ic went out; replaced it and still half picture?
The vertical ic on the tv went out so I replaced it but when replaced a resistor went out and both resistor and ic were damaged. I changed the resistor and put a new ic but now I only have the bottom half working and the channel displayed on the screen jumps around. Does anyone know why this could be? Could only half of the ic be working?
