I imagine that if you were to magnify the board where the jumper ripped off you would see craters with the leads to the jumper (i.e., not visible to the naked eye).  Therefore, I would guess that all you would have to do is put the CAIG Jumper Juice on there and it will seep into said craters and enable the required connection.  There's no reason to think it wouldn't work!
