-The schematics have the full circuit diagram including the model number or value of each component in the circuit, shown next to the component, making it easier to find replacements
+The schematics have the full circuit diagram including the model (type or part) number or value of each component in the circuit, shown next to the component, making it easier to find replacements
Usually the 1st page shows the block diagram which is useful as it shows which page in the schematic is applicable to each section of the circuit e.g. LCD, USB, Keyboard etc
It also has a power on voltage sequence chart showing the individual voltage feeds
The one I linked (unless the seller got it wrong) is for your model I think, as it shows LPM-2 MB 18809 as the motherboard model in the underside image of the board as well as showing Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme 2nd Gen 20QV 20QW i7-9750H by the seller. (which is what you quoted)
The one you linked doesn't mention the 18809 model variant number, so I don't know if it is applicable to an i7 variant or not.
The difference between the two is that the one you linked also has a boardview file¹, which makes it easier to locate the components on the board as a lot of them aren't marked on the board itself with their circuit designation, whereas the one I linked only has the schematic so it will be a lot harder to locate the actual component on the board.
¹ You will need a [link|https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=boardview+program|boardview program] to open the file to see it, whereas the schematic is a pdf. (examples only)

The schematics have the full circuit diagram including the model number or value of each component in the circuit.

Usually the 1st page shows the block diagram which is useful as it shows which page in the schematic is applicable to each section of the circuit e.g. LCD, USB, Keyboard etc

It is also the power on voltage sequence i.e. which voltages and their values etc.

The one I linked (unless the seller got it wrong) is the right is for your model I think, as it shows LPM-2 MB 18809 as the motherboard model in the underside image of the board as well as Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme 2nd Gen 20QV 20QW i7-9750H by the seller. (which is what you quoted)

The one you linked doesn't mention the 18809 model variant number, so I don't know if it is applicable to an i7 variant or not.
