On the ***DirecTV remote*** press ''Menu'' and then go to ''Settings > Audio > Dolby Audio'' and check that it is ''Off''.
Then using the ***TV remote control*** go to ''Menu > Sounds > Target input'' and make sure that the applicable HDMI port is selected
