I am also stuck in the almost same situation. In this case, put your HDD in the sun for around 1 hour, then let it cool down for 10 minutes, and then insert it. In some cases, the HDD is fully recovered, and in some cases, it shows up in your PC for around 5-6 hours or a day. I recovered my data with this method.
