I would suggest joining the Nintendo Homebrew Discord to get it troubleshooted there. The iFixit community doesn't really have a lot of info on CFW consoles, but the Discord server has a lot of people who know what to do there. I recently modded my system and had some problems, so I went there. Make sure you follow all the steps on 3ds.hacks.guide and look at some troubleshooting tips there.
