Most of the videos online that show how to remove the paddle use the same procedure.

Depress the tab by inserting a screwdriver either in the 6th hole (from the front) and then pushing the paddle to the rear of the tub to release it or the 3rd hole (from the front).

You may just have to try inserting a screwdriver into each hole and check if you can feel the locking tab.
