Got the low down on this Dell comm issue.

I got a new mesh wireless network.

That action failed 2 dell laptops from obtaining internet connectivity.

“SECURED, NO INTERNET”.

The answer is to cold start computer while tapping F2 until BIOS screen appears.

Select “Load defaults” and select “BIOS DEFAULT”…..NOT factory default.

Reboot.

Connectivity then restored perfectly.
