Razor blinks red after full charge.

I charged my razor to a solid green light over the course of a day and a half, went to go use it and it started blinking red immediately after turning it on. I can't say it felt weaker than normal, either. Is the battery going? Any recommendations for a fix, or should I just get the new one?
