im not professional, but once i had same problem on my Samsung A50,

1) Phone

2) Keypad

3) then write this code,   *#0228#

4) click "Quick Start"

5) OK

6) Wait few seconds or turn on your phone and turn off Phone completely

7) Pray it worked ;)
