After updating disabled iPad, it doesn't unlock

Hello. After connecting my iPad to my Mac and updating it, it gives me the same error, only the time, wallpaper and battery icon  do not show up in the background, and I cannot access the power slider which turns off the iPad, and I can only fully turn it off by holding the top power button. Please help!!!!!
