You could try inserting an appropriately sized small pin (opened safety pin?) into the affected washer nozzle opening and use it to gently move the direction of the spray in one nozzle i.e. up/down/left/right and do the same in the other and see if that clears any obstruction or you could replace the nozzles, but you may have to adjust the angle/direction of the spray as well.
