I have an Xbox one s that shows no signal on the tv. I have the following voltages on the pins
1,1.39v
2, 0v
3, 1.36
4,1.44v
5,0v
6,1.54v
7,1.57v
8,0v
9,0.75
10, 1.36v
11, 0v
12,1.18v
13, 4.24v
14, 0v
15,6.01v
16,6.01v
17 0v
18,6.05v
19,0v
I believe there should be a voltage on pin 19, can anyone confirm if the remainder of the readings are normal. Does this point towards a faulty retimer chip?
