I use ZXW and Wuxinji board views and schematics... but this model does not have diode readings or enough information to recover the information you need. My best suggestion at this point is to find a icloud locked donor board on ebay... or join FB groups for microsoldering and board repairs to see if you can find someone with this board to measure for you (I don't have that model or I would). But even if you did find the information, you lost a part... with a donor board, you could just transfer those parts and even take your own DM measurements ahead of time. as for the charging issue... Charging port is usually the guilty culprit, but if already replaced and you are certain the port is good and repair good, I'd move on to the Battery connector and take readings and then on to tristar from there. Keep this post alive and give updates as you can and will try to follow it to see your progress.
