I'm afraid this isn't the right place for your question; iFixit is a forum for helping people do their own repairs. They have no repair facilities themselves and definitely have no affiliation with Patagonia.
The best you can hope for here is someone who knows whether or not the lifetime warranty on your zipper is covered, but your question seems to imply that you're asking if iFixit can repair your zipper, and there the answer is no.
I'd strongly suggest you contact the Patagonia company regarding your broken zipper.
