Unfortunately, spareparts for this printer has been discontinued.
But. Behind the printhead, there is a thin clear cable. If you light on it. Is there any dirt, smear etc. on it? Then clean it very causiously. It might be one of the most fragile components in the printer.
If you have had the print head off of the tubes, without access to the service program, then I might fear that you are completely out of luck. The pressure has been releaved from the ink system, which has to be rebuilt again. And that cost a ton of ink to do so, without any certanty for it to bee a solution.

From the software in laptop i can read the message :
"Remove any object from inside the printer".
