Turns off whilst booting, red blinking light

I have a KD-49XF9005, I bought this TV with this issue thinking I may be able to repair it. I replaced the Motherboard and Tcon board and this issue still persists.

Tries to boot up, shows android boot screen and then crashes and the red light flashes 5 times....
