I do not have retail mode on my device but I found these instructions:
-Settings, then scrolling down and selecting General Management, and finally Retail Mode. This will bring up a screen asking if you want to turn it off. You can also do this by going to Settings, Backup and Reset, and finally Backup Storage  -  Backup Options. Then select Retail Mode Turnoff.
