Purchased and successfully changed battery. Won't charge!

I successfully changed the battery in my iWatch Series 1 using the tutorial.  After it got below 10% battery, i charged it and it would not go past 35% charge.  When it drained after that, i tried recharging and now all i get is the snake of death.  It will not charge in any way!

What do i do?
