There could be a few things at fault here. I would first try another charger. If that doesn’t work, it might be worthwhile to either take it to a reputable repair shop (independent not “certified”. I know that sounds crazy but a “certified” shop will give you a certified “BS” answer whereas an independent will take the time to thoroughly diagnose it).
