My kindle has been frozen for months, I have held the on off button down for full minutes, I have powered it and still nothing, it is still frozen. I have found that Amazon offers a return whereby they will give 20% off a replacement reader. However, I cannot find an address to send it back to and find it impossible to return it with the order number when I have owned the reader for years. Saying all this I would just appreciate someone to talk to about buying a new ereader that will fit in my old ereader cover. Anyone?
