Hi, Please, I have a problem that the tablet does not turn on.  I now have 1.2 V on the power button and the battery has 4.2 V. and it can't be turned on.  it normally charges without falling current.  I don't know why there are so few volts.  is this normal or should the battery be the same voltage?
