All you can do is take it apart again but re-assemble very slowly and carefully watching what you are doing. Take your time, look at and think about everything you are doing. Make sure all cables are carefully connected and those that need to be folded away so there is no stress on the mainboard.

Make sure all ribbon cables are connected correctly and carefully (probable cause of problem) and those that need to be folded away so there is no stress on the mainboard.
