Trackpad and Keyboard not Responding. Reference Code: NDR001

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently replaced my display for my MacBook Air. And when I turned it on, the keyboard and trackpad (both built-in) was not responding.
I’ve plugged in a USB mouse and keyboard and it was working fine. Everything else (e.g. the power button, Wi-Fi, bluetooth, webcam, etc) is also working fine.
I also ran a hardware diagnostic test and it gave me reference code '''NDR001''' & '''NDK001''', telling me: '''There may be an issue with the trackpad.'''
I’ve also replaced the trackpad cable (pics provided).
I’ve tried replacing the trackpad cable, resetting the PRAM, and SMC. I’m not sure what the issue is.
